Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Lessons must be booked in advance to ensure availability; booking at least one week ahead is recommended. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot. Lessons can be scheduled through the online booking calendar, via email, or through the chat section. Once a booking is confirmed, a confirmation message will be sent. For lesson packages, all sessions must be scheduled at the time of booking, subject to availability. Cancellation & No-Show Policy More than 24 hours before the lesson: No cancellation fee. Between 24 and 6 hours before the lesson: 5% of the session price will be charged. Less than 6 hours before the lesson: 50% of the session price will be charged. No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice): The full session price will be charged. Rescheduling Lessons cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled based on availability. A maximum of two reschedules per booking is allowed. Refunds Refunds for cancellations made within the accepted notice period will be processed within 1-3 working days. Illness or Emergency If an emergency or illness occurs, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling. Such cases will be handled with discretion. Tutor Cancellations If a tutor needs to cancel a lesson, students will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. General Terms Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the refusal of future bookings. Miss Tad Teaches reserves the right to update these policies at any time, with notice provided to registered students and parents.
